I use random.org to choose winners for giveaways and I haven't done any reviews. I'll get into that later. There are a few different ways you can host your giveaway to help grow your blog. Take a look at some of my giveaways to get an idea. Hope I helped a little.
mom thrres a site called win a prize org and they have pull names things so type the names of the people that are voteing
